Comment utiliser
Blur / Redact Image lets you obscure sensitive parts of an image — faces, license plates, addresses, or any private information — by drawing rectangles over them. The selected areas are blurred, pixelated, or covered with a solid color.
- Upload your image
Select the image that contains the content you need to redact. The tool displays it in an interactive editor.
- Draw redaction zones
Click and drag on the image to draw a rectangle over each area you want to obscure. You can add as many zones as needed.
- Choose the redaction style
Select Blur for a soft blur effect, Pixelate for a mosaic effect, or Solid to cover the area with a flat color (black by default).
- Apply and download
Click Apply Redaction. The browser renders the image with all marked areas obscured and provides a download link.
Note: Blur and pixelate effects are visual only. For legally compliant redaction of PDF documents, use a dedicated PDF redaction tool.
