Comment utiliser
Watermark PDF adds a repeating text watermark across every page of a PDF document directly in your browser. Use it to mark drafts, add confidentiality notices, or brand documents.
- Upload your PDF
Select the PDF you want to watermark. The tool processes the file locally — nothing is uploaded to a server.
- Enter watermark text
Type the text you want to appear on each page, such as DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, or your company name.
- Adjust appearance
Set the opacity (how transparent the watermark appears), the rotation angle, the font size, and the position on the page.
- Apply and download
Click Apply Watermark. The browser overlays the text on every page and generates a new PDF for download.
Tip: A diagonal watermark at 45° with 30–40% opacity is a common balance between visibility and document readability.
