How to use

Rotate Image corrects or changes the orientation of a photo. Apply a preset rotation (90°, 180°, 270°), a custom free angle, or flip the image horizontally or vertically — all in your browser.

  1. Upload your image

    Select the image you want to rotate. The tool displays a preview of the current orientation.

  2. Choose the rotation

    Pick a preset (90° clockwise, 90° counter-clockwise, 180°) for standard corrections, or use the free angle slider for a custom rotation. You can also flip horizontally or vertically.

  3. Apply

    Click Apply. The browser rotates the image canvas accordingly. For free-angle rotations, transparent corners are filled with the background color you choose.

  4. Download

    Download the rotated image in your preferred format (JPG or PNG).

Tip: Rotating a JPG by anything other than 90°/180°/270° requires re-encoding the image, which may slightly reduce quality.
